Key details of the Rigger job opportunity
As a Rigger, you will be responsible for stepping and commissioning different marine projects, working alongside Project Managers, other Riggers, Designers, Contractors and Mast Technicians.
This role is focused on rigging, sailing, and the practical maintenance of masts and booms, with involvement in international projects and direct collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Rigger responsibilities
Keep up to date with project communications and provide knowledgeable input when needed.
Identify customer needs and propose the appropriate services or products to meet them.
Contribute to the development of practical and technical solutions.
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in each project.
Understand project budgets and support the development of timelines, estimates and proposals.
Liaise across multiple international projects and stakeholders.
Take part in stepping and commissioning projects across different types of yachts, from superyachts to race yachts.
Requirements for this Rigger position
Around 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Professional sailing experience or previous work as shore crew.
Experience with carbon fibre products, mechanical works, and understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems will be considered an advantage.
University degree or related qualification.
Good level of English.
Driving licence.
Highly motivated and performance-driven mindset.
Leadership skills for managing projects.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Problem-solving attitude and a practical, proactive approach.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
