As a Composite Technician, you will support composite projects of different levels of complexity, both in the workshop and on site. The role also involves collaboration with customers, suppliers and other NTG group employees connected to your working area.

Composite Technician responsibilities
Carry out composite upgrades and repairs using pre-preg and wet laminating techniques.
Carefully remove damaged composite material and prepare surfaces for composite repairs.
Answer customer questions related to composite repairs and upgrades.
Assist project managers in defining project scope and pricing.
Support the improvement of standard operating procedures for composite materials.
Stay up to date with project communications and provide input when required.
Support national and international on-site projects to ensure repairs, equipment or services are completed on time, to specification and to a high standard.
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project.
Assist in the development of RigPro’s composite department facilities and processes.
Requirements for this Composite Technician position
Good English level
Around 3 to 5 years of experience in composite building.
Knowledge and experience in repairing carbon fibre parts and structures.
Driving licence.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, performance-driven and ethically minded profile.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
Demonstrable experience with mechanical products.
Willingness to travel and work internationally when required.
