    This course is intended for personnel who need to perform work in confined spaces with limited entries and exits and unfavorable natural ventilation. It is ideal for technicians working in drains, sumps, wells, trenches, tanks, silos, and other areas with restricted access conditions and potential health risks.

    Objetivo

    The Confined Spaces course aims to train participants in safety procedures for working in confined spaces. Participants will learn about specific risks, preventive measures, required work permits, and how to conduct rescues and evacuations in emergencies, ensuring safety at all times in limited-access work environments.

    1. Must be of legal age.
    2. Must have adequate health and physical condition for the activity and to perform work at heights or in limited space conditions.

    Duración del curso

    The training lasts for 8 hours, completed in a single intensive training day.

    Certificación y Validez

    Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate valid for 3 years.

    • Entry authorization and work permits: formal procedures to authorize access to confined spaces.
    • Measurement and evaluation of internal atmosphere: use of detection and analysis equipment to monitor atmospheric conditions.
    • Emergency response: planning and appropriate responses to emergencies.
    • Use of breathing equipment and practical training: practice in the use of self-contained breathing apparatus.
    • Anchor lines and rescue: application of anchor lines and rescue and evacuation techniques in confined spaces.
