    This course is aimed at personnel who need to work at heights or in situations with a risk of falling and require the installation and use of temporary lifelines as part of their routine work.

    Objetivo

    The objective of this course is to train participants in the installation, use, and maintenance of temporary life lines in work-at-height environments. Participants will learn to follow safety regulations, select and use appropriate equipment, and ensure life lines are effective in protecting workers from falls.

    1. Must be of legal age.
    2. Health and physical condition suitable for activities at height.

    Duración del curso

    The training lasts for 8 hours, concentrated in a single day.

    The Temporary Lifeline Installation Course provides a certification valid for 3 years, complying with European safety regulations and standards.

    • Occupational Risk Prevention Law (RD 2177/2004).
    • European Regulations (EN).
    • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): inspection and use.

    • Installation and use of permanent and temporary lifelines.
    • Review and regulations of lifelines.
    • Emergency and evacuation procedures.
    • Use of horizontal and vertical lifelines.
    • Anchorage systems, cable, and rope fall protection.
    • Differentiation between fall protection and restraint lifelines.
    • Basic rescue and evacuation simulation.
