Objetivo

The main goal of this PPE inspection training is to provide participants with the technical knowledge to:

• Perform in-depth inspections of personal protective equipment for working at heights.

• Identify signs of wear, damage, or degradation in textile and plastic equipment.

• Apply proper maintenance and storage techniques to extend PPE lifespan.

• Implement personal protective equipment review protocols aligned with international and TTR standards.

• Create and manage safety records to ensure traceability and compliance.

By the end of the course, participants will be competent to review and certify the equipment used in rope access and height safety environments.

Requisitos del curso

• Be over 18 years old.

• No prior inspection experience required.

Duración del curso

The PPE Inspection Course lasts 9 hours in a single day of intensive training.

Certificación y Validez

Upon completion of the PPE Inspection Course Participants receive an official certificate of competence in PPE inspection, valid for 3 years.
This certification is recognized by European legislation (RD 2177/2004, EN standards) and is highly valued by companies in the industrial, construction, and wind sectors.
