The GWO BTT course aims to provide basic technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and bolt tightening. By completing this training GWO program, participants will be prepared to work on the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment in the wind industry. They will acquire the skills needed to safely perform technical tasks on wind turbines and renewable energy systems.

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Adequate physical fitness for the activity.
• No prior experience is required.

Duration of the GWO course

The total duration of the GWO BTT course is 4 days of training, which includes theoretical lessons and practical training exercises in a controlled environment.

Certificación y Validez

Upon completion of the GWO BTT course, participants will receive:

• GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) Digital Certificate, registered in the WINDA database.

This certification has no expiry date, meaning technicians can use their skills throughout their career without renewal requirements.

1. The GWO BTT course consists of the following modules:
   • Mechanics
     This module trains participants to perform basic mechanical tasks under the supervision of an experienced technician, ensuring they can effectively collaborate in technical work environments.
   • Electrical
     The objective of this module is to enable participants to work safely with electricity in a wind turbine environment, always under supervision.
   • Hydraulics
     This module allows participants to carry out basic hydraulic tasks, supervised by an experienced technician, facilitating their integration into tasks related to hydraulic systems in the wind industry.
